Refund policy

Due to food safety concerns, we do not allow returns on food items. However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@HungheeEnergy.com so we can make it right. Please include order number and clear images of the damaged or incorrect product with the shipping label.

If we have not yet shipped your order, we will issue you a full refund right away. If we have already shipped your order, kindly ship the order back to us unopened and in the original packaging - once we have received it, we will issue you a refund. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment and may take 7-10 business days to process.
