My New Training Gels!

I love these keto friendly energy gels! Taste is unbelievable! The ghee + raw honey + sea salt is a delicious combo, and each flavor goes really well with them too. I enjoyed every flavor so much it's hard to pick one favorite, but I'll say Vanilla/Cinnamon. Fast & easy to digest, especially mid-activity. I also like the tapered top, which allows for efficient delivery, and it is easy on the mouth & lips. This is my new go-to energy gel for training. Highly recommend!

Best tasting stuff around

I first tried the Peanut butter on one of my early morning hilly run. I'm so glad I did because I was starting to feel like I was running out of gas . I tried the Peanut butter and it was just what I needed to get my run done and get me up those hills. This stuff is not a 5 STAR it's a 10 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🤩
